PURPOSE

Platinum sessions continue the coached training that members experienced during the 6 Week Challenge, with greater attention given to technique and movement quality.

 

As training loads increase, coaches work closely with members to improve how exercises are performed so progress can continue safely. Development is tracked through athlete level testing carried out during the programme.

 

These checks allow coaches to review strength and conditioning progress and adjust training when needed so members continue moving forward rather than repeating the same sessions.

DEEPEN YOUR
UNDERSTANDING

Nutrition support continues beyond the foundations introduced during the challenge. Members develop a clearer understanding of how nutrition supports training, recovery and long term progress.

 

Coaches provide guidance during consultations so members can adjust their approach based on their goals and current training demands.

 

This ongoing support helps members move away from short-term dieting and toward a more sustainable approach to eating that supports regular training and gradual improvement.

Everyone in Platinum has already completed the 6 Week Challenge and understands how training works at Fite Health Performance.

 

Many members have been part of the programme for a long time and have experienced a large number of coached sessions.

Many people choose to continue with Fite Health Performance Platinum plan because it offers regular coaching without the cost of weekly one-to-one personal training. 

Traditional personal training sessions in the Chester-Le-Street area often cost in excess of £45 or more per session on top of an already expensive monthly gym membership. 

 

Training several times each week quickly becomes expensive. Platinum membership allows members to train regularly in coach-led sessions while still receiving guidance and feedback from the coaching team.

This approach provides structure and support while remaining more accessible than frequent private training sessions.
