6 WEEK PERSONAL TRAINING

Six weeks of personal training in Chester-le-Street designed  to help you to kick-start good training habits.

WHAT IS THE  
6 WEEK CHALLENGE ?

The six-week challenge is the entry point into training at FiteHealth Performance gym. It introduces you to strength, mobility and conditioning training while helping build confidence and establish consistency.

 The programme is designed for those who want guidance and structure rather than being left to figure things out alone. It suits beginners who feel unsure at the gym, as well as those returning to training after time away.

This is not a quick fix or a gimmick. It is a coached starting point that prepares you for long-term progress.

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

You will attend three Challenge sessions each week, supported by one optional small group Hybrid exercise session for additional training. Across the six weeks, this provides access to up to 24 fully coached sessions.

 

Training is built around compound strength and conditioning, with sessions planned across the full programme so each week builds on the last. Consistency matters. The structure of the six weeks is designed to support regular attendance, which helps you get stronger and fitter while becoming more confident in how you train.

 

The FiteHealth Six-Week Challenge is designed around three core pillars:

NUTRITION
GUIDANCE

Nutrition support is included as part of the programme. You receive personalised macro targets based on your goals, supported through the FiteHealth Performance Virtuagym app.

The focus is on understanding how nutrition supports training and recovery in everyday life. GuidanNCE is practical and realistic, without

rigid plans or unnecessary restriction.

Responsibility remains with the member, but coaches are availabl to help guide and support consistency. We offer all members easy to follow meal plans and recipe inspiration throughout the challenge that cater for all tastes and budgets.

THE
PLAN

Training focuses on compound strength movements that work the whole body. These exercises are supported by conditioning work that improves fitness and work capacity over time.

Sessions are coached from start to finish. Technique is taught clearly, loads are progressed carefully, and  adjustments are made based on how you move and recover. 

 

Because training takes place in a private gym, sessions flow smoothly. You are not competing for equipment, and focus stays on quality and effort.

BUILT IN
SUPPORT & COMMUNITY

Support during the six weeks comes from both coaches and the wider training group. You train alongside people working towards similar goals, which creates shared motivation. 

 

Between sessions, members stay connected through our app and

dedicated WhatsApp groups, which helps keep motivation high between workouts. 

 

Coaches are active within the

community, providing check-ins and guidance when needed. Peer support plays a role in helping training feel supported rather than something you manage alone.

THE COACHING EXPERIENCE

Every session is led by an experienced personal trainer who guides exercises, helps manage your pace and load while adjusting your training in real time.

 

Groups are capped at twelve people, with a dedicated coach for every four members. This allows individual goals to be considered while keeping sessions focused and well run.

Coaching is professional and approachable. The aim is to remove intimidation, our coaches support your goals, and that means you get the attention required on technique, not just encouragement from across the room.

YOUR TRAINING APP

As part of the 6 Week Challenge, you will use the FiteHealth training app. The training app supports your journey throughout the six weeks. It is used to book sessions and

track progress across the six weeks, which makes it easier to stay organised and see how your training is moving forward.

Coaches use the app to share short weekly videos that explain the focus of upcoming

sessions. This helps members understand what the week is aiming to achieve before

they arrive, so training feels clearer and more intentional.

Nutrition targets are managed through the app, alongside access to the wider gym

community and additional special challenges and achievement badges. It gives

members a shared place to stay connected and helps keep momentum going outside

of the gym.

WHY THIS

By the end of the six weeks, many members have built training habits they continue long after the programme ends.

ABOUT FITE HEALTH PERFORMANCE

FiteHealth Performance is a private personal training gym based in Chester-le-Street, located at the Park View Academy of Sport campus.

 

Training takes place in a focused, professional environment rather than a busy commercial gym. This is not a chain facility and not an open gym.

 

Sessions are fully coached, equipment is always available, and attention stays on training rather than navigating crowds or waiting for space. Sessions are scheduled around work and family life, with early morning and evening options available. This makes regular training realistic without having to restructure your week.

WHAT HAPPENS 
AFTER THE 6 WEEKS

For many members, the 6 Week Challenge is the starting point. After completing the programme, some choose to continue into Platinum membership.

Platinum provides ongoing personal training and coaching for those who want to maintain consistency and continue progressing with added support.
