HYBRID SESSIONS 

Platinum Elite and Platinum members can also attend HYBRID sessions as part of their

membership, these are flexible larger group classes are designed to improve your  overall training capacity.

RISE & RESET

Start the week with a coached session that raises the heart rate and prepares the body

for training.

6 AM  MONDAY 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Structured strength sessions that really focus on control and technique to build

confidence with coached guidance throughout.

7 PM TUESDAY 

ENGINE ROOM

High energy group conditioning sessions designed to challenge fitness and push effort

within a supportive team environment.

7 PM  THURSDAY 

BOOTCAMP

Demanding full body sessions combining strength and conditioning under fatigue to test

resilience and work capacity.

9 AM  SATURDAY 

CORE & RESTORE

A slower paced recovery session focused on mobility and control to help the body reset

after training.
