With well over a decade of experience in personal training/ strength and conditioning, Andy has dedicated his career to helping both athletes and the general public achieve their fitness goals. Whether it’s improving sports performance, general fat loss, weight loss, or muscle gain, Andy’s expertise covers all aspects of physical fitness.

Joe Sykes is a fantastic athlete and footballer, having emerged from Park View Academy of Sport where he completed all of his courses. He is now a valuable member of our team.
Joe brings his passion and expertise to the forefront as he leads our FITEclub program, including all HYROX activities. His dedication and experience make him an excellent leader for these challenging and dynamic classes.
